
Juicy Desi Seekh Kebabs with Mint Chutney

Ingredients
- 500g minced lamb or beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil (for grilling)
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)

In a large bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander, mint, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Cover the mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or tandoor to medium-high heat.

Take a portion of the meat mixture and mold it around the soaked wooden skewers, shaping them into long kebabs.

Brush the kebabs with oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well browned and cooked through.
