Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
