Ingredients
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 4 cups full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons warm milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- 2 tablespoons dried rose petals for garnish
- A pinch of salt
