Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, cubed
  • 1 cup onion, cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon tikka masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tikka masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a marinade.

  2. 2

Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the marinade and coat well. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. 3

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.

  4. 4

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  5. 5

Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers alternately.

  6. 6

Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is golden and slightly charred.

  7. 7

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
