  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.

  3. 3

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

  4. 4

Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.

  5. 5

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and cover tightly with another piece of foil.

  6. 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

  7. 7

In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar over medium heat, stirring until well mixed.

  8. 8

Once the ribs are done baking, remove them from the oven and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  9. 9

Brush the BBQ sauce mixture generously over the ribs.

  10. 10

Grill the ribs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and adding more sauce, until they are caramelized and slightly charred.
