Ingredients

- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2-3 Thai bird's eye chilies, smashed
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
- Optional: rice noodles or cooked rice
