
Turkish Chicken Döner

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- Sauce of choice (yogurt or tahini)

In a bowl, combine olive oil, yogurt, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and mix until well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred.
